Public disclaimer Food Mamba

This is a public disclaimer to inform any individual for whom the information may be relevant that an entity named Food Mamba is an illegitimate organization created with the stolen intellectual property and proprietary information of Andie, an organization that employed the services of Food Mamba’s co-founders Mr. Ali Shahid and Mrs. Hira Shahid (also known as Hira Malik) when they began stealing proprietary materials and founded their company in 2023.

Supplier information listed on the Food Mamba website such as Ase Juicery, Lebanese Garden, Si Lom Thai, Cheffry, Black Camel, Freshii, Pie Commission, and Karahi Boys are suppliers that Mr. Shahid encountered at Andie, and the relationships being portrayed between Food Mamba and these suppliers may be intentionally misleading.

We have received multiple reports that Mr. Shahid and an associate, Mr. Aaron Klimitz, have been approaching new and current clients posing as representatives of Andie and attempting to perform a bait-and-switch to Food Mamba once transactions are further along. We do not condone any attempt to fraudulently bait a customer, or offer personal incentives akin to bribery.

It has also been brought to our attention that the defection of two organizations are being used to pitch the switch from Andie to Food Mamba. Any references of switches to Food Mamba by the DMZ at TMU (previously Ryerson DMZ) and McKinsey & Company’s Toronto office should be examined with the understanding that such actions were taken based on prior endorsement of Mr. and Mrs. Shahid’s theft and purported vested interests in such projects.

This statement is not made to cast any aspersions but rather to protect the Andie and eradicate any further misuse of our brand name.
